SoCal TTTF going into summer

Socal - Zone 10 - TTTF

Backyard is looking fairly bleak. 2 questions:

  1. Anything else I should be doing currently?
  2. Looking back, what could I have done better / differently?

Going forward:

  • Aug - soil test + core aerate in prep for fall overseed when temps are good

Current Schedule:

  • Current temps range from low 60F to highs between 74F -85F.
    • When highs are above 78F - watering M/W/F early morning totalling ~1.5in of water / week
    • When highs are 70-78F - watering M/F early morning totalling ~1in of water / week
  • Mowing at 3.5 --> 4in but grass isn't growing
  • Jun 22nd - Had a nutsedge infestation - sprayed sedgehammer
  • June 19th - laid down 0.5N

Historical Context:

  • May - Split fert totalling 1N
  • April/May - Fungal issues, sprayed - Propiconizole and Azoxystrobin
  • End Mar / April - Spring Overseed (most died off 🥲)

Brown Patch mycelium - next steps

Extension from previous thread (since i can't post replies anymore)

Southern California Zone 10b

Still seeing brown patch mycelium and spread throughout the grass.

Just confirming it's time to apply liquid azoxy and propiconizole together at once?
- Propiconizole - 2 fl oz / 1000 sq ft
- Azoxystrobin 0.77 fl oz per 1,000 sq ft

Brief history:
- 5/6 - applied split fert / pre-emerg:
-- fert ... NPK - .5lb - .17lb - .21lb / 1000 sq ft
-- dithi / 1000 sq ft - .0.125fl oz (3.7ml) / gallon / 1000 sq ft
- 5/4 - bioadvanced fungus control at 3.3lb / 1000 sq ft (curative rate)

trying to learn and improve. tttf. did some spot overseeding for patches but grass has been coming in a bit uneven (clumping). I spread the seed out fairly evening at the time of overseeding. wondering what could be the issues. I hand watered (given it was patches) so wondering if it could perhaps be too much water pressure (kept it diffused as much as possible) or too much water at one time? put straw over it so couldn't see exactly if it puddled.
