I'm 5 weeks post op from 360 lower body lift with FDL, muscle repair, mons lift, lipo to flanks/lower back, fat transfer to butt, BL and BA (300cc mentor high profile, UTM). I'd previously lost about 150lbs, and I'm pretty thrilled with the impact on my thighs and butt from this whole thing, as well as general healing.
The first week was absolutely grim and the muscles both in my chest and stomach really stopped me from being able to be independent - but after about maybe day 10, things started improving in big leaps. Now I just can't wait to be able to do things like go to the sauna and go bouldering. Swelling was horrendous in the first week and now is pretty localised around lipo sites, with it going up by the end of the day.
