Milk tea brown hair doable?

I’ve been on a journey of getting my natural black hair to a light brown. My goal was a milk tea brown but I haven’t gotten there yet. Last night my mom touched up my roots since she does hair but she used a chocolate blonde on me and now my hair is very dark and completely different than what I had recently. Here’s my before and after, then the colors I want. Would this be doable if I visit a salon?
