Sunken Fat Pads

This is my girl Mushu, she is 3 years old and generally has been healthy other than a few things her entire life. She had parasites as a baby that I got treated and her poop has been weird almost her entire life, even though I am sure I feed her a healthy diet.

About 2-3 weeks ago I noticed her fat pads on her head were really sunken, so I took her to the vet. They tested her poop and it came back negative for any parasites, and the vet said otherwise her body condition was perfect and she has maintained the same weight since last year.

I was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem or noticed something like this before, shes still very active and has a great appetite, running around my room whenever she can and she always has a salad with greens (mustard, turnip, or collard), bell pepper, and butternut squash. I feed her crickets from Flukers and I got some hornworms when I noticed the sunken fat pads.

Another note: she almost always has stress marks on her stomach, but her heat is consistently between 80-100 F depending on the side of her enclosure and her humidity stays between 25-40, but typically in the middle.

Any ideas? I don't want something serious to go unnoticed
