Why it hurt so bad😭

Im on day 4 and the pain has not gotten better AT ALL

I've been taking 2 painkillers a day and it's been taking the pain away in 30 mins max. Today i couldn't sleep and the painkiller i took at night has worn off so i took another one. Its been an hour and 20 minutes and the pain instead of getting better GOT WORSE idk what to do i cant sleep😭 is this dry socket? Tf do i do i cant stay still because of the pain

How to clean extracted teeth

I got my wisdom teeth removed and one of them has brown squishy stuff on it? I want to preserve the teeth so im trying to learn how to clean this. Any advice?
