I'm also an independent developer working on a Android GPS guidance app. I'm not looking to advertise it—I genuinely want feedback from farmers, especially those using android or other professional guidance systems.

I'm trying to understand which features matter most in real field work and what a Android solution is still missing - FieldMaster: Agricultural GPS. Any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated. I hope it proves useful in your day-to-day field work and helps improve precision.

Winter barley harvest, eastern Poland – June 30, 2026 [3000x4000] [OC]

On a side note, I'm developing an Android GPS guidance app as a personal project. If anyone with experience using professional guidance systems would be interested in testing it and giving honest feedback, I'd love to hear from you. 🚜

[App Success/Feedback] Hit 1,000+ downloads and got my first 3 paid subscribers in 2 weeks as a solo dev/farmer. Looking for feedback on how to scale!

Hi everyone!

I’m a full-time farmer and solo dev. Frustrated with existing tractor nav apps for Android (overpriced or missing key features), I used my experience and mixed it with AI tools to help me build Field Master GPS—an all-in-one tractor navigation, reporting, tank-mix calculator and much more & more app.

It is NOT AI slop; it solves real field problems and all user data (fields, paths) stays 100% local on the device.

The Numbers:

  • Launched: May 21st
  • Downloads: Just passed 1,000 (steady 15–20 organic installs/day now). (3.06.2026 - 986)
  • Monetization: 3 active monthly subscribers during their free trial (huge validation!).

My questions to the community:

  1. How do you rate this launch? For a highly specific agricultural niche, is 1k downloads and 3 subs in 2 weeks a solid start, or should I adjust my expectations?
  2. Handling the post-launch slowdown: Now that the initial boom is over, what are your best tips to maintain steady organic growth?

Would love to hear your thoughts or answer any questions!
