Exam Rework - LSGS

Anybody gone through an exam rework with LSGS? All of my conditions need to go back through exam rework for a full and complete rationale. I’m almost at 4 weeks and apparently it’s still waiting on a provider. I requested they expedite it, but this seems crazy long for a rework. Interested to hear other veterans perspectives on rework timelines.

Weird Correspondence

I got a new document populated in my claim letters. When I went to click on it, all it was is this random screenshot apparently of someone’s browser. I cannot even begin to fathom what this is or if it was just a simple mistake.
