Has anyone had any luck using Jovie for occasional babysitting? We've tried asking daycare teachers and friends for referrals, but they often have limited availability and/or are flaky. We don't have family in the area and have full time jobs. We also live in an older neighborhood , so no teenagers around to ask. We're looking for reliable care for about 4 hours every other week, with hours increasing to 6-8 hour shifts after September. Has anyone had any success with any other babysitter services?

I am in the process of interviewing for a field reimbursement manager position and have gotten through a couple of screening interviews. Will I be expected to ever do a case study/presentation? What's an average number of interview rounds for a pharma position? I've never gotten this far and want to make sure I'm really prepared since I'm trying to get out of retail pharmacy and into pharma
