Anyone know a good place to go for a short (about finger length) women’s cut? The last place I tried butchered my hair. I’d prefer all scissors. I don’t mind paying a little more if I know it’ll be a good job.

Apologies if this was already addressed. Anyone know if there will be a Dear Birds release in the US? It’s one of the few sets that I want all of them. I see the release on Popmart UK. Will they ship to the US? Any help is appreciated. :)
