Stuck on 'shipping label created'
Hi, first time having any issues as a buyer here so just looking some advice. How long would be a reasonable time to wait while tracking shows 'shipping label created' before taking further action?
I understand with USPS in particular their tracking can be all over the place and can appear like this due to a missed scan, however I'm inclined not to give this seller the benefit of the doubt on this. It took 13 days to provide me with a tracking number with zero communication as to why. He only finally responded after I clicked 'seller not responding', he responded on the 4th day hours before his account would have been suspended. It's now been 5 days since I provided that tracking and it still just shows 'shipping label created', meanwhile I have items I purchased on Tuesday of this week that are through the USPS system with clear tracking and due to be delivered in a few days. So I'm pretty much convinced the seller hasn't even given USPS the package yet.
What also worries me is that he's now removed all of his 'for sale' listings from Discogs so his account getting suspended probably won't even be that much of a threat now. Also I paid via debit card rather than Paypal, anyone know if this will make the process of getting my money back more difficult?
*edit* I see I'm being prompted not to post an order complaint here but I'm not naming any seller, rather just asking advice on how to proceed from more experienced users.
