I’m so fed up. Dealers useless. VW useless.
My (Canadian) 2025 VW has had remote app features disabled for months because the app says the 12V battery is too low, even though I drive daily and highway-drive regularly. The dealer couldn’t find a fault or “fail” the battery, and VW customer service has been unable to help after hours of calls. I’m stuck between the dealer and VW with no clear fix for a basic feature that should work on a nearly new car.
Help. Please, anybody. Help.
