No answer from support
As I see, a lot of us are having trouble: goods lost nowhere, tracking saying departed but never received anything.
My case: placed an order of some seeds in 20/4 (4 20 fellas, what a joke), last update says it departed from Milan on 4 of may but never received anything ; I'm in Turin, so it's maybe 1/3 shipping days when departing from Milan.
Last mile tracking says nothing. Wrote to support at least 3 times and 3 times got a new ticket for my requests. Dunno what to do, if the goods are lost I have to get a refund but I don't know how to proceed.
Any suggestions?
