If you do the math, George needs to outscore Kimi by 9 points on an average each race to push the fight for the title until the last race. He's projected to take a grid penalty for Baku for the new Mercedes ADUO engine upgrade, and Baku is one of George's strongest tracks, so if he just pulls off what Kimi did at Monza, George is still in this fight. With Singapore also having a sprint weekend, George has a massive opportunity to capitalize on the upcoming races to reduce the deficit and pray that Kimi doesn't consistently outperform him. Although this looks unrealistic, anything can happen in Formula 1.
