Hi!

I’m trying to add a chatbot to an app, but I understand that the native chatbot option was removed in February 2026. I’m also trying to find a workaround. I found the PCF component, but I’m not sure if it’s the best option.

Also, with Power Automate, there’s a 2-minute timeout. So, if the AI takes longer than that to respond, we can’t attach a file either.

Have anyone found a good solution for this?
