Just did my first cook, need to plan for about 30 adults

I am hosting at the start of July and have bought a Big Joe 1 to help me. Probably at least 30 maybe 40 adults plus maybe 10 kids are coming. I was wondering what a good strategy for a mix of low and slow and some more instant burgers, thighs and sausages would be.

Maybe some pulled pork and pulled beef on in the morning, then while that's resting so a line up of usual stuff.

Some pictures from my first attempt at pulled beef for tacos.

Boss Grill king egg

I'm looking for a Kamado big enough for parties but I can't justify the cost of the Big Joe 2 or 3 or the same versions of the BGE.

I can't seem to find much online about the Boss Grill king egg, particularly about the accessories available. Does anyone have one and is there an easy way to shop for accessories? I mostly want a rotisserie, cast iron grills etc.

Any other alternatives in the big joe size range?

I have had two quotes for Solar, one from "Switch Together" and one from project Solar. Very Similar but the switch together quite is £12k cheaper.

Can you review and give some feedback?

Both 20 panels but the £24k quote is witha Solax 17kwh battery and the £12k one is with a Fox ESS EP6 20kwh battery.
