AI repeating itself during playthrough help

I've asked in the discord group but thought I'd post here too.

I've noticed during a story I'm playing that it will occasionally repeat the scene within the dialogue?? Idk if it's a bug or just the AI acting weird. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I've attached an example of what I mean.

C-section Postpartum Healing Question/Concern

Hi, sooo a little context...

I (32F) had an emergency C-section due to the sudden onset of severe preeclampsia about a week ago (on 8/3/26). Baby boy was born at 37 weeks + 1 day and is currently in the NICU. I was initially discharged on 8/5/26 as I was experiencing no complications at the time. The nurses removed the staples (yes, not stitches) and replaced them with steri-strips to hold the skin closed. I was informed to clean the area every day in the shower using a detachable showerhead and make sure it remains dry. The strips could be removed after a week/fall off on their own.

Hours later, I was back in the ER with continued complications from high blood pressure (it was at 186/108) that was causing stress damage to my heart. I was readmitted and continuously monitored until I was discharged again on 8/7/26. Whenever nurses checked my vitals and did shift rotations, they would also check on my incision, and report that it appeared to be healing well.

While hospitalized the second time, my husband cleaned it with warm water in a basin and a washcloth. Since returning home, we have cleaned it with warm water, using the detachable showerhead to run water over the incision; afterwards, my husband would look it over and gently pat the area dry with a towel.

Here is where my question/concern about the incision comes in.

Last night, upon getting ready to shower, I noticed an unpleasant odor that was previously not present. After cleaning the area, my husband removed the strips and patted it dry. He explained to me that the raised red areas on either side of the incision line were where the steri-strips were, and that he had been unable to dry the skin beneath the adhesive. The wound itself is slightly weeping; no discharge or pus. It's also itchy (I have refrained from scratching it).

Has anyone experienced anything like this? Is this appearance "normal" after eight days of healing? Is it just the skin's reaction to the adhesive or the beginning of an infection? (I'm not seeking medical advice; I plan on reaching out to my OBGYN regardless, I'm just anxious and worried.)

Thank you for reading this far, sorry it's so long. 😅
