What’s up swap? Moved into a new apartment with new knives on their way (and too many to unpack...) so it's time to make space by selling off a few that I haven't played with in a while (or ever).

Unless otherwise noted, all of these are in like-new condition, no cut/carry, 2+ owners, and in original packaging. All are well-centered, with good lockup and clean action, unless specified. Feel free to ask for more photos/vids.

Comment first, then chat please. YOLO wins, ZELLE preferred, PPFF/CashApp/Venmo accepted.

All prices are OBRO, so shoot your shot! (I have tried to price them all below retail, and/or around what I paid, assuming they've seen no additional use/wear in my possession).

LFG.

Remette Peregrine Falcon - this is an interesting knife. Full titanium construction with lightning anodized bolsters, M390 steel with a very nice media blasted finish. Multiple locking mechanisms - it uses an inset liner lock that can also be released by a button in the pivot. There’s also a “safety” switch on the button-lock side to prevent accidentally closing the knife. I tend to avoid button locks, but this was thoughtfully constructed, and looks very nice. Retails for $235. SV $195, TV $195.

Gecko Customz Sikorae — the PVD combined with shipwreck CF is a nice look. This knife has seen a few owners but none of us have carried or cut with it. We’ve just flipped it open and closed enough times that it’s perfectly broken in for you 🫵 be the next in a string of swappers who have given this Gecko a home. Retails for $340. SV $240, TV $275. SOLD.

Hypercut Cretin No. 54. The front flipper from an alien planet. Super smooth action on this beauty, deployable via front flip, thumb stud, or reverse flick. The Nitro-V blade’s finish just dances in the light. “Vintage G11” scales, titanium liners, and accents of zirc and carbon fiber. I’m the third owner; the first owner did use this knife, lightly. There's a tiny scratch on the zirconium clip. It’s still sharp as hell. Previous owner purchased it from this bladebinge listing. SV $750, TV $875.

UrbanEDC Dragonscale Castellan. This collab with John Demko is fidgety AF. The detent is crisp and the action is slick, thanks to the skiffs installed by this knife’s prior owner (original bearings included). The dragon scale milling is beautifully executed, and the deep carry clip is deep enough that you can carry this in just about any jurisdiction 😉 These retail for $300 when they’re available (and they’re seemingly always sold out). SV $225, TV $250. SOLD for $200.

Knife Standards Design RR3 “Frosty” Edition (serialized number 22, from the first production run). I wanted to see what all the hype was about, and I was not disappointed. This is a very well-made knife, with lots of fine detail, like an orange peel texture and frost fatcarbon inlays, for starters. The full flat grind and belt satin finished Vanax Superclean blade is gorgeous, and the action (deployable by front-flipper or dual thumb studs) is smooth and snappy. It’s been tuned to perfection… I’d keep this one if I had more space. SV $325, TV $350.

Maxace Knives Glede – this was my first Maxace. Blue titanium framelock with red lightning strike carbon fiber inlays. This was discontinued in 2017, I believe. It’s aged like a fine wine. The action is glassy smooth, centering and lockup are perfect, and the ergos are some of the best I’ve felt on a modern-style knife. Damn, now that I’m taking it out I kind of want to keep it. BRB… Okay, talking myself into it. There’s a small scratch on the show side scale/inlay, and a few places where the anodization has worn off (tiny spots), otherwise the knife is in excellent condition. At least two owners, edge is very sharp but appears to have been used to cut some tape. Ships with COA in generic zipper pouch. This is a lot of knife for only… SV $200, TV $200.

High Grain DeVille Dark Matter Gold – I bought this knife because it’s downright gorgeous. Gold Dark Matter Fatcarbon is one of my favorite inlays, and there’s a nice big chunk of it on each side of the handle. It really does look like staring into a nebula through a telescope. On top of that, the high hollow grind on this Magnacut wharnie catches light beautifully, and while I haven’t cut anything with it, this thing looks slicey AF. Black titanium frame and bolsters, with these beautiful carbon fiber scales, gold pivot collars, and the belt satin blade, all come together to make this a truly beautiful piece. And in this case, it was okay to judge the book buy its cover, because the action is sublime. Opening methods include front flipping, a thumb hole, and a long fuller-groove for addictive spidey flicking. This is a hell of a knife. I paid the retail price of $380 (here on the swap, back in March), and the knife has barely left its box since I bought it. It was too pretty to carry, so I want it to go to someone who will enjoy it properly. SV $375, TV $375.
