Is the percentage low enough to implement full georgism or do they need to cut further?

I have been thinking about the implications of the Georgist axiom of "We all deserve an equal share of the natural resources of the world". If I live in a democracy and my party never wins any election, my equal share of LVT, severance tax etc. is getting spent on things I don't want at all, and the rules of the land are decided by the majority. In other words I don't get the benefits and control over the equal share of land that has been promised to me by georgism. It would then make sense for me, and maybe together with like minded folks, to exercise an exit option by taking a plot of land with value equivalent to my equal share and secede so we could create our own rules for the land and spend our share of LVT how we want. It seems to be necessary to have this exit option if the moral justification for Georgism is to be valid.
