Hypothetically if a child looked to be around 40 would you win a court case to not be locked up for being with them?

but yeah a hypothetical situation where you are 20ish and a child under 15 looks to be around 30-40 years old and you start dating but then the parents take you to court for dating a child would you win the court case?
