Would something like a travel/vacation concierge/ Personal Assistant work for people visiting/relocating to Belize?

So I work as a PA/EA for a midsize company here in Belize. So I’m used to using my connections, knowledge of the place, “waiting on people” and I actually enjoy it!

So I was wondering, if people who are visiting here would need help getting around, locating stuff they need before coming here, information, organizing and coordinating pick ups and drop offs needed here for a price of course.

Lemme know your thoughts!

Will a Bookstore Thrive in Belize City?

I, like many others, dream of opening a bookstore. Spending my days talking to others about what they're reading, getting recommendations, and living a quiet life.

But does Belize City have a reading culture who would support a local bookstore?

There's Bricks and Books downtown, but their selection is limited and frankly, not too enticing. And on top, super expensive.

Bookstores are struggling in America, so I doubt I'll make it big here.

Some people sell online on FB and IG, but honestly, it comes back down to terrible online/customer service, expensive products and shipping interdistrict fees.

and yes, I'm looking for a physical space, not too big, where people can come in, browse, sit and read a couple of pages with a cold beverage.

Thoughts?
