Target has 30% off online many Lego sets but because some were already significantly lower price than Lego's retail price the total percent off of the retail price is 40-50%. Here are pictured a few examples. Target in store will price match at the customer service desk if you ask and show online price. The Target website also says there are going to be big deals Oct 6-7 (same as Amazon Prime deals).

[Costco, Waltam, MA] 40% off City 60480 Backhoe Loader and Friends 42693 Creative Flower Shop

Other sets were also available but not as deeply discounted. See photos. The Costco app notes "limited stock" for the Friends and City set but there are still many sets present. The app did not show the new $5 "MFR" that brought the price down to $17.99 from the prior $22.99 a week or so ago. At this Costco the new car set is in a different location from the other legos.
