How is the hostel?

I got admission just few weeks ago and because of my parents I took hostel facilities…. They said smarddhi hostel is available…. I also paid the 10,000 … can anyone tell me about there experience or what can I expect there?……. I had a good experience in my previous hostel and I don’t want to ruin it

Help!!!!!

I applied for refund yesterday , she asked me to check the dashboard but it’s not available… I asked her, where can I check for updates in the dashboard board … she asked me to check it myself……. I don’t know what to do?…. Help me guys
