I am extremely new to gardening. i have three 15 gallon grow bags with basil, tomato and dying parsley lol. the other day i noticed that there were parts of my basil leaves that were missing. i live in nyc in a balcony. when i noticed part of the leaf missing, i cut it off the plant. i haven’t seen any eggs or anything. i haven’t seen my tomato plant getting eaten at all. is there anything i can do to prevent this? is it fine if like two or three leaves from my basil plant are eaten by mysterious entities? what can i do to not have my plants die? lol i appreciate any type of advice as this is the first garden i’ve done.
