Almost $10k Chargeback - Need Advice

For context, I am constantly buying vintage designer bags and do sourcing on the side, so I’m not new to vintage luxury. I have used Poshmark before and never had an issue with returning an item not as described until this last week.

I purchased a used vintage Hermes bag on Poshmark and explicitly asked the seller before hand if there had been any alterations (repainting, third party repair, etc) because repainting especially significantly affects the value. Seller stated it wasn’t. Bag arrived and I was suspicious, so I took it to a custom leather worker (brick and mortar shop) near my house who said it absolutely was repainted and done pretty horribly at that. I opened a case with Poshmark and it was under review for several business days before they denied it saying “it wasn’t misrepresented.” I have the screenshot of the seller saying it wasn’t repainted and the leather professional is writing a formal evaluation. I’ve also found an additional well-known luxury bag repair expert to take a look/write a report. I’m even contemplating flying to New York to have one of the luxury flagship resellers like fashionphile give their expertise as well. (A part of me is even hoping the second leather professional says it wasn’t repainted and I can go on about my day. I don’t have buyers remorse ab the cost; it just straight up isn’t in the condition the seller said it was). I told Poshmark this and they basically said “oh well, doesn’t matter what anyone else says bc we had this item in our possession before it got to you and didn’t notice repainting.” Contemplating a chargeback since they’re saying they don’t care how much evidence I have contradicting their opinion. Seems like I’d maybe have a case for item not as described. I’ve never done a chargeback though, like ever with any card. It’s on my Amex business platinum.

Anyone have experience with chargebacks of this magnitude and/or advice? Kinda nervous
