Should I use a VPN for homebrew?
Hey all! So I’ve jailbroken my switch before which was a ton of fun, but I ended up getting an email from Nintendo saying they somehow saw that I was downloading ROMs on my house’s WiFi network (this was a while ago back in high school, my mom got the email so I can try to find that email from Nintendo if needed)
But my main question is: Do I need to snag a VPN before installing Homebrew and some games onto my 3DS SD card? Or did I potentially stick my neck out some other way, of which I should clear up before doing any other modding?
Any advice appreciated and apologies if these are self explanatory questions! Also just want to mentioned I looked around on Reddit for an existing answer-somehow didn’t find much abt using a VPN for this, which lead me to question if I really need one.
