The grind is real diva 👩‍🎤 how long until you reach the 10K club?

I’ve been listening to a lot of Melanie Martinez lately and I'm fascinated by the "creepy carnival" aesthetic. I’m specifically trying to identify how her producers achieve that **calliope (**steam-organ vibe).
I love that Circus of absurdity energy, especially in songs like "Gutter" where the carnival theme is so strong but the message is actually about violence and being discarded.
Does anyone know if the production uses real calliope or some synth to achieve this effect?
