(A custom order means you get to choose exactly what you want instead of selecting from existing inventory. For example, if you’ve always wanted a specific hermes, Chanel, LV, Bottega, etc., you can choose the model, color, leather/material, hardware, size, and other available details depending on the bag. Basically, instead of winning a pre selected bag, you get to create the one you actually want.)
