Looking for Video Editors – Paid Work

I’m looking to build a small network of beginner/intermediate video editors for ongoing paid projects.

What I’m looking for:

- Short-form/Reels/YouTube Shorts editing

- Good sense of pacing, captions, cuts & B-roll

- Beginner to intermediate level is completely fine

- Reliable with deadlines

- Willing to handle revisions

- Portfolio/sample work required

Work: Mostly short-form content, with potential for regular monthly work.

Budget: ₹5,000–₹15,000+ depending on workload, quality and experience.
