I work for a company that had a pretty good Reddit community. We have specialist that mod our subreddit and assist customers similar to chat support you might find. Is there a way to use the api to have the chats on a more scalable interface on desktop?

Would love to be able to track handle times, escalate complaints and similar things but currently it's been impossible. Any ideas would be appreciated!
