We received ours straight away via email, but just wondering if anyone knows how long it takes for the solicitor to receive the posted pack? Hoping it’s not longer than 2-3 days?

What in god’s name is happening in the Department of Justice at the moment? And how has it been allowed to get this bad? The stamp 4 renewals have moved 1 day in the last 2 weeks and I need mine ASAP. Applied almost 15 weeks ago already and put in countless queries on the “customer service” portal with no responses to any of them.

I don’t understand what could have possibly caused things to get this bad?
