New to keto but sticking to counting total carbs, i'm a bit skeptical when it comes to net carbs, anyone have any good total carb tortilla recommendations?? looking for some good bread too if you have any good ones you go by, thanks

looking for low-carb, high-fiber options, someone earlier mentioned chia seeds and broccoli, i find carb craving to be extremely strong, again i'm just starting out so maybe this is to be expected. any advice you can offer is welcomed.
