basically what the title says.
all I see in this sub are "to the moon" or "it will at least reach X amount", comments. but never actually saw anything backed up by any numbers. mostly just on hopium
a nice story is not enough for me if the numbers don't add up
So I will go to south east asia for 3 month in a few month from now and I am currently planing my trip.
currently I am looking into backpacks and luggage in general and find it a bit overwhelming.
I really appreciate any tipp from the pros.
my two main concerns are:
- my back, I have acute lower back pain. (I can walk and hike etc. normally but I really feel a bad backpack after a while and had lumbago before)
- I will work part time and therefore need to bring some equipment. an ipad, rog ally (handheld like the steamdeck), and mouse and keyboard (I will look for a place with a monitor for my workdays) and I think I will also take my switch oled but that will be a question of space available
also it should be a "regular" size since I will fly alot with it.
my current, unrefined plan, would be to get a good 35L backback and a second "hybrid" that also acts as a suitcase with wheels (mainly to relieve my back).
But I will also have to carry the second one for quiet a bit so I am not sure if that's really a good idea.
feel free to recommend me specific backpack models (normal and hybrid ones) or just drop anything helpful that comes to your mind
