has anyone submit their DS-160 form A DAY before their US Visa expiry date, get the interview waiver instructions, and drop off their passport a month after getting the drop off documents email? I’m asking because my US Visa is expiring on August 6th but I will be travelling until September 9th, I am planning on submitting my DS-160 on August 5th and drop off the documents once I’m back from my vacation. Has anyone done this before? I’m applying from Toronto, Canada

27F and I have about 100k cash from my mom inherited money and I need some advice on how to invest or make an interest/profit with it. I maxed out my TFSA and FHSA already under Wealthsimple. Haven’t contributed anything to RRSP. I was thinking to skip RRSP and invest all 100k to XEQT in the non registered account on WS and let that grow in the long term, but I’m not sure if that’s a right move, pr should i consider GIC or switch to a different app for investment?

I’m currently on Francophone Mobility Program Work permit and have a valid TRV stamp. But also have my CEC Inland PR application in process (AOR Jan 22). Can I leave Canada while my PR application is still in process? Do I have to let IRCC know? I’m planning on going to New York this weekend.
