Hey guys I made a swap in my tangem wallet this morning. Changelly froze my account and asked me to complete KYC verification. After passing and completing the company informed me that they would refund my funds. I have not received my funds and the compliance team is no longer responding. I'm in the process of reporting the exchange and seeking help from anyone who has had this issue.
