So..what do you do? speaking from living in The States. Do you just not pursue it since you cant work in another country? or do you just find a way to work part time / locums? (know / have heard of a very small minority of people who do this) or completely change career paths and go into non-clinical jobs like consulting / med tech / etc?

PM&R doctors do not do a good job at advocating for themselves. so many specialities have gotten rid of this foolish exam. what's it going to take to finally get rid of it?
