Hi everyone, has anyone here worked on a fixed-term contract?

I recently joined an MNC on a 12-month FTC with a salary of €45k annually. I’m wondering what the chances are of a fixed-term role being converted into a permanent position, and whether anyone has had a similar experience.

I’m currently on Stamp 1G with about 1 year and 8 months remaining, and I’ve already completed 2 months in the role.

Would really appreciate hearing about your experiences with FTC-to-permanent conversions, especially while on Stamp 1G. Thanks!
