Might have a type

Originally didn't think I'd love Denia so much, but I definitely have a weakness for characters with dark backstories (ESPECIALLY when they have dark animations to match). Always loved her design and Animations, but her youtube marketing videos sold me on her completely, went all in with the pulls + corals I'd saved since Aeme. Got the music video saved on my playlist.

Ive managed to get both S6 Denia and S6 Phro without topping up (But I do buy Lunite pass every month, and maybe 1 of every 3 battlepasses). Just a few patches of saving and also being pretty lucky and the 2 sequences from coral shop ofc

Unlimited Build Works (M.Blade builds)

Since M.Blade is able to work with so many different builds, what sets do you think will be optimal and/or which ones are you planning on running? Light cones as well?

The new 4 piece + bones seems to be what his 'intended' sets are, and probably best for team damage in most scenarios. But M.Blade's kit is so unique that I've seen discussion abt a lot of different sets possibly being really good and at different levels of investment.

-------

Here's some cool gear gimmicks I've seen ppl talking about (Might be others too lmk) -

  1. Guard of Wuthering Snow set - Dmg reduction 2 piece, self heal + fixed energy gain when low health on 4 piece - Specifically to help in sustainless comps and/or make using shielders like DHPT/Aventurine easier.

  2. Eagle set - Wind dmg 2 piece, action advancing ults on 4 piece + Paired with Tutorial LC and possibly ERR rope - In M.Blade + Ash comps, I could see this Build actually being really good (ESPECIALLY AT E2). Blade's sig is 20 fixed energy per wave (With higher personal stats and buffs ofc), while Tutorial is 8 fixed energy per attack which is SUPER FREQUENT in FUA teams and especially at E2. Blade ulting and getting turns more often is ofc good for his personal damage, but every extra hit also batteries Ashveil and Tribbie who in turn battery each other and Blade as well.

  3. Vonwacq Ornaments - 5% ERR buff + Action advance by 40% at start of combat - Specifically seen this for S0 blade, since getting ult quickly isn't easy without his signature lightcone. But getting to go quickly let's you taunt enemies with his basic, and ideally get his ult as quickly as possible.

------------

Aside from these 3 interesting gimmicks, he also seems to work with tons of other sets perfectly fine as alternatives to his main sets.

I'm personally going to try going for E2S0 (300 pulls and 50 pity 🙏), and I'm super interested in trying out the Eagle + ERR rope + Tutorial stuff for his FUA teams specifically. Probably going to end up with multiple different artifact sets I juggle around to try him with different cool gimmicks.

M.Blade Funds

Hoping I'm lucky enough for E2S0 🙏

Im 51 into pity (Was hoping for early Ashveil E2), if I manage to get it then Blade will be my first character above E1. His teams just look so fun, him and Ashveil were easily the most hyped I've been for characters pre-release in a LONG time.

Wanted to make a post to talk about some predictions/speculations based on leaks so far for his future teammates and gameplay, and hear other predictions too.

I personally think the 2 missing members are Aventurine SP (Based on leaks), and Pearl based on her supposedly originally being planned to release alongside Ashveil - but also because she's a Stoneheart and all Stonehearts (Even supposedly Aventurine SP) have had FUA in their kits.

Pearl likely as the Sustain

Aventurine SP as a Main DPS or maybe even a triple dps/subdps comp along with Blade SP and Ashveil if he also provides teamwide FUA benefits.

Both will likely attack frequently, since Blade AND Ashveil Both heavily benefit from frequent attacks.

- Aventurine SP kit prediction -

Aventurine has been leaked to possibly be an Elation unit - But he would be the only Elation on the team (Unless the sustain ALSO ends up being elation). And I think it's fairly likely he IS Elation, bc so far Ashveil and Blade buffs work just fine for Elation damage, just with no punchline generation.

So my guess is Aventurine makes use of Aha instant in a different way from other Elations in a few possible ways (maybe multiple together)

- Possible ways Aven SP could utilise ally FUA while still using Aha instant mechanics -

  1. Aven SP has a passive which allows ally FUA to generate punchline

  2. Aven SP has a passive which action advances Aha slightly whenever an ally triggers FUA

  3. Aven SP has a passive which makes it so Aha Instant FORCIBLY ACTIVATES 1 Follow-up attack from all allies in the team who have a Follow-up in their kit.

----------

There's probably lots of other ways Aven could make Elation work alongside non-elation FUA teams, but those were just some ideas I had.

Would be interested to see other speculations about future teams and/or mechanics that Ashveil's future teammates will have. Ash is my favorite character to use since HSR release, so I like having an excuse to talk about him

They actually look so fun to play together, I was worried losing Sunday would lower Ash's personal damage substantially, but Blade has so much team buffs that replacing the Dan + Sunday combo isnt a big deal.

I really hope he makes it out of Beta still being super synergistic with Ash 🙏 I'm saving all my pulls for the FUA archetype comeback arc

Ive played every Anom arbitration since the mode came out, and somehow just 1 cycle of AA and Ashveil + his teammates make it to my most used

Everyone has their own preferences for playstyle, but for me he's the most fun DPS in the game even now without intended teammates. With my original favorite probably being Ratio (Novaflare pls 🙏)- Both of them just feel so snappy and fast-paced while still being cool as hell I love this playstyle
