Outro vocals?

I’m a newer fan and my favorite song at the moment is Outro. What I’m trying to figure out is who does the lead vocals. I’m assuming it’s Katie, but I’ve seen a few people say it’s Naomi. The song credits are a bit inconsistent across sources and I don’t have great hearing, so I was wondering if anyone knows for sure?

Should I be limiting my movement even though I feel fine?

I’m 10 days post op from double incision without nipple grafts and I feel weirdly fine. I know you’re not supposed to lift heavy things or raise your arms above your shoulders, especially in the first two weeks, but it doesn’t hurt for me. My surgeon was pretty lax about restrictions and didn’t give me clear guid besides “take it easy.” I’ve done several questionable things in the last couple days, like raising my arms all the way to move a shower head, lifting my weighted blanket back onto my bed, pushing myself in my wheelchair, and laying + sleeping on my stomach. None of it hurts. The only thing i feel is pulling on the tape over my dressings. I can’t tell if I’m just super desensitized because I have chronic pain, including around my ribs from binding, or if I’m somehow fine. I’m a bit worried about stretching my incisions or otherwise messing up my results and I’m not sure if I should be keeping my arms below my shoulders and such. I don’t know how much of this is normal.

First time flying with my chair

Next week I’ll be flying with my very old ki rouge for the first time and I’ve got some questions. How small does it have to be to fit in the onboard compartment? How likely is it that I’ll need to check it? Does anyone have advice for preventing it from getting damaged if I need to check it?

Freaked out by Penrose drains

I’m having my top surgery next week and the main thing I don’t feel prepared for is the drains. My surgeon uses Penrose drains and I just haven’t seen many people talk about them. Just looking to see if anyone who had them would mind sharing their experience and any advice. Thanks.

When can you wear a tshirt?

I’m having double incision in a couple weeks and I’m not sure what to pack. I have plenty of button up shirts but I’m not sure if I should bring some t shirts too. How soon after surgery were y’all able to wear a tshirt? I know you can’t lift your arms very high early in recovery. Is it worth packing any for 10 days post op?

Recovery as a manual wheelchair user?

Something I’ve never seen people talk about is how top surgery impacts your ability to self propel. I’m having double incision next month, and I’m assuming it’ll impact my pushing ability, but I have no idea how. I use my wheelchair part time and am able to walk some distance, but I’ve been relying it on more lately because of the heat and an ongoing battle with spasticity.

Does anyone have personal experience with this sort of thing? I’m curious how long I should expect to need someone to push me while I recover.
