I’m trying to make a neo-noir film using characters based on children shows like Paw Patrol and My Little Pony or Thomas the tank engine. Many noir mystery stories use different concepts like fairy tales in A Wolf Among Us and cartoons in Mouse PI For Hire. I’m trying to figure out a mystery plot for this because clearly it must have took a while for those writers to come up with those.
I know the films main character will be a dog detective who is depressed from his owners death (Based off Chase from Paw Patrol)

I know there are some critism towards the Sonadow but I was inspired by the Sonadow Future AU by torusonicpilled into believing that the only way to the ship to exist is if Sonic and Shadow were both immortal and had no one else, unless there is a drunk incident that led to romance (Idea from a YouTube video). But I still also believe Sonic and Shadow are more like rival brothers in some fanfics.
But I think people should just make up their minds and let the ships flow because they can tell fascinating stories. My thoughts would be SCREW THE CRITIC’s because they are always harsh with their reviews!

The story is about a wolf with social and trust issues with his neighbours but trusts workers and believes he is targeted by annoyances and tries to go through life.
This was based off my experience at a catholic school as a teenager and I was going to make it a wolf catholic school but I’m not sure what would the school achieve for the wolves because I’m making a story with no violence or magic and want it to be more like a “Toy Story” plot or something.
