
I was completely burned out and took a week at the sea just to reset myself — best decision I’ve made in a long time
I kept telling myself I just had to push through it like everyone else. Work, routine, constant stress — until one day I realized I was genuinely running on empty.
I decided to take a week off and go to the sea. No productivity goals, no plans to “fix my life”, no pressure at all. Just rest.
For the first time in a long while, I actually felt myself coming back. Sleep, ocean air, silence, a few tears, and a lot of calm I didn’t know I needed.
