Am I in the wrong for this negative review?

I am very new to vinyl collecting as a hobby. I decided to start with all of my favorite bands of all time and collecting my favorite pressing of each of their albums.

I purchased from a seller who listed the product as "Near mint. W/ hype sticker." I don't just purchase the cheapest listing, I look for good quality with extras like the hype sticker because if I'm going to spend the money I want to get a good product. I think the hype stickers are cool and I like putting them on the protective sleeve of my records.

I received the record like this and was disappointed. If the listing had advertised the sticker being torn I would not have purchased it. I left a negative review stating that the record itself was in good condition, but the hype sticker that it was advertised as having was partially torn and missing. The torn off part was nowhere to be found, so that tells me that it didn't happen in shipping.

However the seller then left me a bad review for "leaving negative feedback over a five cent sticker." I'm a new buyer with only three reviews (the other two positive) so that drops my rating down into the 60s and I understand that this means I won't be able to see a lot of listings which is upsetting. I'm still new to this so maybe I just don't understand the culture and the hype sticker isn't as big of a deal as I thought. I guess I just wanted some other opinions from people who buy and sell regularly. Does this actually count as "Near mint. W/ hype sticker." or was it false advertising worthy of leaving negative feedback?
