I get the pop up for my sim to stay in an inpatient center, but it doesnt actually let me go.

I get the pop up saying my sim can go but the box for the inpatient center is grey. I am 99 percent sure i have everything i need for the Divergent sims mod, i just want to know if anyone has an answer. My sim is a teen if that helps.
