Anyone else in an Aortic Clinical Specialist role? Need a reality check on pay/lifestyle before I make the jump

Thinking about moving into aortic (EVAR/TEVAR support) in a major east coast city and want to hear from people actually doing it before I commit. PV/general CV people welcome too, I want the comparison.
Drop any of these, even partial answers help:
Total comp — base + bonus, roughly

How’s call? Realistic nights/weekends per month

Case volume — steady or feast/famine

Worse or better work-life balance than PV/EP/structural heart/coronary?

Any regrets moving into aortic specifically?

Bonus if you include: how long you’ve been in the role + your title (CS / Senior CS / Principal, etc) — helps me weigh advice by experience level.
Trying to make a semi-informed decision here instead of just trusting the recruiter pitch, so brutally honest takes very welcome.

Pay structure for CVG clinical specialists at Abbot, Medtronic, Etc.

I’m looking to get more information about pay structures for the differ specialties within the cardiovascular space for a clinical specialist within Aortic, Coronary, Peripheral, CRM, Etc.

I have an opportunity as a CS for a major company working in their Aortic division. I’m coming from within the Vascular space so a work life balance shift is expected but I’m curious to know how much the industry is paying for aortic clinical specialists at various levels.

Any information is greatly appreciated!

Aortic Clinical Specialist

Does anyone know roughly what the pay structure of an Aortic Clinical Specialist is at major companies like Gore, Medtronic, and Cook.

I’m coming from within the industry and want to see how it compares to other clinical roles within CV.
