Is it a bad idea to go for an SLPA certification if I have APD?
I am not yet diagnosed but I often have a difficult time understanding people, especially if they have an accent. I am interested in becoming an SLPA because I find the subject matter fascinating and I'd really like to work with kids, but I'm worried my APD might make that career path nonviable.
