I still can't access my LU account and haven't been able to get through to IT (I've been on hold since 8 am!!). I'm not sure how much extra time I will get for my assignments due today, and as someone with a 4.0 in my senior year, I'm a bit stressed out about this! I emailed my professors. What else should I be doing?

Anyone else locked out of their LU account, and the Outlook or Authenticator app not working as a reroute? I have been on hold with IT for over an hour.
