hey all! i had top surgery ~11 weeks ago, and recently noticed stretches marks occurring round my armpits above my chest

i’m fat, so i’m no stranger to stretch marks but i just wanted to ask if anyone knows the cause? i suspect it’s probably me lifting my arms and stretching, but im not sure if it’s something else? (potentially weight gain? but i have no idea if ive actually put on significant weight lol)

Hey i’m a little worried about my nipples, i’m worried they’re looking too pale? i’m 3.5 weeks post op (24 days specifically)

the first one im worried is a a little too pale, then the second i’m slightly worried about the scabbing but i know logically thats normal, any advice is super appreciated
