Where did you get your start? What was your first fandom? Where did you post/read stories?
For me it was Geocities and Sailor Moon circa 1998. I moved onto Gundam Wing and Harry Potter via Live Journal.
I joined Ao3 in 2010 I believe.
Okay, My husband has a business trip at the beginning of August. Thinking of taking my 4 year old (41.5” tall) on a cruise at this time.
It’s between NCL Getaway out of Miami, 4 nights, Nassau and Private island for $1200 for two people.
Or Disney Wish out of Port Canaveral (I’m in Tampa so this is easier), 4 day with Lighthouse and Castaway. $4k for 2 people.
My daughter has hated every kid’s club (MSC, Carnival, NCL) expect Disney. Does not care about the shows. We have AP for WDW so characters are something we do a lot and don’t need it on a cruise.
She likes waterslides. Getaway was docked next to us in Nassau and she said she wanted to go on that boat. But I dunno if she can do any slides being under 42” (does anyone know what the height requirement is?)
So… what are your thoughts and opinions? Or another ship idea if you have one. I am open to opinions.
