My cool old shitters got a little leak, the lil elbow has a very slow leak. I don't normally see a bead of water but the discoloration is telling me little leak and the overhead tank has a small leak. Is this something I should hire someone for given it's age? Or can I learn to braze easy enough to not make this look like shit

And any ideas for the tank? The inside of it looks pretty gnarly and I can't get the old valve to the shutoff to fully seat so it's filling back up very slowly
