Is this due to tretinoin or excessive indian heat

I have been having this kind of pimples for the last one year and my dermatologist even recommended tretinoin for it and I'm currently using it weekly (0.25%) i also use azelaic acid serum twice a week or thrice a week at night time skin care routine in morning i just apply hylaraounic acid serum and my moisturizer and spf can someone please tell where am I going wrong also

I have fine lined due to dehydration so can someone recommend anything to help me with fine lines due to dehydration

Tretnoin tips

I have been using tretnoin (0.025%)for the last three months and I have witnessed no signs of peeling on my face except for my nose area, though I apply it in sandwich method but I just wanted to know if it is normal?? Is it even working on my face how do I know
