MR6350 New Router Link Issue
I recently got the MR6350 and had it connected via Ethernet cord to my ISP‘s provided modem and everything was working great. Then I decided to update it and my app no longer was able to view the status or even log in. I would put my login info in and it would just send me back to sign in page. I deleted the router from my account, the history of it on my ISP modem, and factory reset it manually and firmware side via myrouter.local.
Now when I try to set up a new Wifi router I get stuck in the setup. I can get to the “Linking Account” page and then once that one is done loading it will tell me to reset the router by holding down the reset button for 10s. I have done this like 10 times now, unplugging it and waiting but nothing is working.
Does anyone have a potential fix action? I am thinking of just returning the router.
